The book: Just Lead: Embracing the 5 Universal Attributes of Great Leaders
More and more we see abuses of power that bring an unhealthy perspective to our youth on what it takes to be a leader. Having a lack of leadership role models for our youth leaves them to question or be unfamiliar with the qualities it takes to be a great leader. Throughout history we have had great leaders who have found their own greatness that we can take the lead from. They have stood the test of time still being acknowledged for their contributions.
Just Lead: The 5 Universal Attributes of Great Leaders examines the common core attributes of these great leaders so we can in turn help youth understand and develop their own best leadership practices. They will journey through history to become more aware of the real fears that great leaders faced and how they were effective during our most desperate times.
Our great leaders have come from many different backgrounds and means, leaving an imprint on our youth that no matter whom you are or where you live you, too, can tap into your own greatness and become a great leader. This book will help youth not only understand great leadership qualities, but to encourage them to live a life of purpose, integrity, connection, persistence and inspired action.
